Terms & Conditions for Global Hardware’s ‘2015 Christmas Play to Win Giveaway’

1.  Entry
   • no purchase necessary
   • valid entry by reply to Facebook post only
   • entry must include #globalhardwarelove
2. Consideration for Eligibility
   • This contest is open only to residents of Kenya, the geolocation to which Global Hardware currently services. Employees of Global Hardware are not eligible.
   • Answer must be received via comment to social media channel post (Facebook – direct comment to post, Twitter – reply to tweet) by time noted in social media post.
   • Only one answer submission per contestant across all social media channels is eligible for consideration. In the case of multiple submissions on more than one social media channel by the same contestant, only the first posted prediction will be honoured.
   • Any contestants who correctly answers the question is eligible for prize reward stipulated herein.
   • Contestant must be following @GlobalHWare on Facebook or @Global_HWare on Twitter in order to enter.
3. Winner Selection
   • Employees of Global Hardware will judge the contest.
   • Global Hardware reserves the right to deny the prize offer to any Contestant who does not adhere to the Terms & Conditions herein and who is suspected of foul play.
4. Prize Redemption
   • Winners will be contacted directly on the social media channel his / her winning answer submission was found. Global Hardware will request your email and phone number to complete prize redemption process.
   • More than one Winner per round is agreed as long as each contestant’s answer is submitted before declared time in social media communication.
   • Limit ONE Bookcase per Winner. Winner will not be eligible for another prize for this contest described herein.
   • Bookcase prize requires assembling. Unit is worth KSh 3,000/-
   • Winner must redeem his / her prize at Global Hardware’s location at East Gate Road, Industrial Area. (click for map)
